Registration packets can be printed or are available at the school. The parent provides a complete enrollment packet with required documents. A guardian or Foster parent must provide court ordered legal documentation if the school should be aware of any custodial requirements. If the parent has supporting documentation from prior school such as IEP, 504, ELL, Discipline, Attendance, and Grades, they should bring whatever they have to help with placement. If a student has an IEP, placement might not be able to be done without a copy of that document. If the registering party has any questions or missing any required documents, they should contact the registrar to have a discussion. Thank you for choosing Rymfire Elementary School. 


Required Documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Residence (current lease, Utility bill or mortgage deed if owned)
  • School Choice Application completed and turned into to administration as required
  • Driver’s License
  • Current shots on FL 680
  • Current physical record (out of state must be within 1 year)
  • Confirm student transportation (car-rider, bus, walker)
